Withdrawal - Return / Replacement of Products

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the product(s). In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via the contact form on the website.

If you withdraw from the purchase, you must return the product(s) in the condition in which you received them together with the sales receipt. No refund can be given if the product(s) are damaged. The return shall be made to the supplier (AVDIU AND. EDISON) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. In this case, you will be charged the direct cost of returning the goods.

The return of the item(s) is accepted only if the Customer has previously paid the shipping costs for their return. Likewise, the company is obliged to refund the price received (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a mode of delivery charged to Dem Miro), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day on which the goods are taken back.
